Cultural exploration
Cultural Explorations trips take students to the important arts and culture capitals of the US and Western Europe. These trips take place each fall and spring semester.
Each Fall Break the USP sponsors a trip to New York City. A favorite USP tradition, this four-night trip is jam-packed with incredible sightseeing, Broadway shows, world-famous art, and dazzling architecture. We’ll tour the Metropolitan Museum of Art, get a bird’s eye view from the Top of the Rock, ride the Staten Island Ferry, walk the Brooklyn Bridge, and explore Chinatown and Greenwich Village.
The annual Spring Break overseas trip is another wonderful opportunity to explore the world. In recent years we’ve visited some of Europe’s finest cities including London, Paris, Rome, Barcelona, Istanbul, and Lisbon. We’ve toured the Louvre and the Uffizi, strolled the Roman Forum and Greek Acropolis, walked the westernmost edge of continental Europe, and taken a ride on the London Eye. Where will we travel to next? Stay tuned to find out!
