Study abroad

The University Honors Program (UHP) highly values the study abroad experience. In fact, the UHP will count a study abroad experience toward a student’s high-impact experience requirements to complete the program. There are many amazing study abroad programs offered through the NC State Study Abroad office. We also highly encourage students to consider joining one of the two outstanding study abroad programs directed by the staff of the University Honors Program; History and Italian Studies in Florence or British History and Shakespeare in Oxford. Requesting Credit

Once you have completed your study abroad experience you must submit a request for high-impact experience credit form. This form should be submitted by the beginning of the semester after your study abroad experience. If you have questions about this form, please contact the main UHP email address at university_honors@ncsu.edu.
